Register by October 10th to qualify for Early Bird rates.  Advance registration closes on Friday, October 31.  After October 31, attendees must register on-site.

Cancellations received in writing on or prior to October 10 will be refunded less a $75 processing fee. No refunds after that date. Substitutions are allowed at anytime.

By registering, you grant permission to have your photo included in future promotional materials.
