This 90-minute course is designed to support each participant in surfacing or revisiting the alignment of your career with your purpose. It reinforces your desired actions by using fundamental behavioral principles to align your habits with your goals. This discovery process begins by answering five fundamental questions.

Energizing your career efforts requires a personal choice to consciously rise above your unique circumstances and take the ownership to achieve your desired goals.

This course emphasizes the intentional commitment to continual self-awareness and improvement to generate success in your terms.

· Participants are asked to see themselves as ‘in control’ of your life, habits and success. (Encouragement is provided to avoid seeing one’s self as a victim and/or viewing others as villains regarding life’s daily situations.)

·Participants commit to a documented Game Plan to generate aligned habits that increase engagement in your life’s work.

· Participants will discuss the need to effectively cope with setbacks by transforming less productive habits into winners.

·Course content includes: validated research, exercises and tools to guide each participant in discovering your role as the catalyst for achieving your purpose.
