At the Evolution of Performance Management Roundtable, thought leader Brad Karsh shares an update on the state of performance management initiatives at Fortune 500 companies. In the past four years, best-in-class performance management has been redefined across industries. We have made the shift from annual reviews, forms, and ratings to real-time, personalized, informal feedback conversations. The consensus among leaders is that we are moving in the right direction – but where do we go from here? CHRO’s across industries can continue to push the envelope as they build a culture of feedback that generates a greater ROI for the business. Karsh shares insights for building a business case for feedback and creating strategic partnerships with other C-suite leaders to meet business objectives. Importantly, CHRO’s will have the chance to hear from each other to share their own successes and growing pains in this transition.

Questions that will be addressed:

• How will a new performance management program align with business strategy?

• Will company culture shift with the introduction of a new performance management program?

• How will a new performance management system effect the bottom line?

• How can spot coaching change the relationships of managers and direct reports in my organization?
