The Leadership Series is back! This HRMAC signature series features three programs designed to give you insights from C-suite executives and senior leaders from both public and private companies representing various industries. These experts will share their thoughts on important human capital issues that impact business success through a lively panel discussion and pre- and post-session networking opportunities to share experiences and best practices. For the first time since the launch of the series, HRMAC is bringing in a new moderator for each program!

We all know the importance of diversity and inclusion efforts within our organizations, but how are people actually making decisions that result in real business impact of the long term? This executive panel representing diverse industries will bring D&I out of the theoretical and into the practical while discussing journeys of changing for the better, including how one company doubled the number of women represented in leadership roles through an award-winning culture of inclusion. The panel will also discuss how this issue is not HR's challenge alone and how building a coalition and culture across all channels will breed accountability throughout the organization and bring everyone on board.

As senior executive vice president and chief strategy officer, William A. Von Hoene, Jr. oversees corporate development, corporate strategy, legal, regulatory, government affairs, investments and communications for Exelon.
