Audrey Williams-Lee assumed the role of Vice President, Corporate Human Resources and Global Philanthropy with Hyatt Hotels Corporation in 2017.  In this role, she serves as the HR leader and advisor for C-suite executives and their leadership teams, leading the development and implementation of workforce and talent strategies.  She also leads Hyatt’s community engagement and social impact efforts, and directs the company’s philanthropy strategy and approach to charitable giving.

Bill Dugan is a partner in Baker McKenzie’s Employment and Compensation Practice Group, residing in Chicago and New York, and chair of the US Disputes Employment Group and co-chair of the North American Employment Disputes Group. Super Lawyers has repeatedly recognized Bill for his superior litigation defense. Bill represents management in complex litigation in federal and state courts and other tribunals throughout the United States, including trade secret and restrictive covenant matters, class and collective actions, and labor arbitrations. Bill also counsels employers on a wide range of Labor and Employment issues.

  Tracy Billows is a partner in the Chicago office of Seyfarth Shaw LLP and Chair of the Chicago office Labor & Employment Department, concentrating her practice on representing and counseling employers throughout the country in the entire range of employment law matters. Her work has included the representation of Fortune 500 companies, as well as medium and small sized employers. Ms. Billows represents employers in single plaintiff, multi-plaintiff, and class action litigation matters related to employment discrimination claims under Title VII, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), and similar state discrimination laws.
