 This is the year of the job seeker.  With boomers leaving the job market to retire, low unemployment and more job ads than candidates, your company is likely anxious about losing your best talent.  You're not alone.  In this HRMAC-TRIG morning briefing, you will learn the latest statistics and how not to be one, in addition to learning a retention approach that can make a measurable impact.

In this session, participants will be introduced to two key frameworks built around creating a win/win between the organization and employee and identifying individual needs (based on well researched, validated findings) and are significant factors in motivating, engaging and retaining key employees.  In addition, through on-site polling, participants will discover the 8 Individual Needs (based around the areas of work, relationships at work, current value and future value) and tools they can actually take back to their respective company to implement.

She has also worked in Consumer Packaged Goods and Manufacturing environments. Robyn has extensive experience working in top tier national and international organizations, such as The Federal Reserve Bank, Huron Consulting, Marsh McLennan and Companies, IRI Worldwide, CNA Insurance, Duke Realty and L’Oreal. 
Prior to joining SuccessWise Consulting, Robyn has had more than 25 years of experience in designing and delivering solutions in talent management, transformational change and culture building, leadership and executive development, strategic HR and organizational development, learning and development, and employee and career engagement. Most recently, Robyn was the Managing Director of Talent Solutions at BPI group, an international HR and management consulting firm, where she was responsible for building the consulting practice that focused on Organization Effectiveness and Leadership and Executive Development. Before that, Robyn led the Talent Management function within Discover Financial Services. Prior to that, she founded 2Develop, an organizational development and human capital consulting firm based in Houston, Texas. Robyn earned a bachelor’s degree in social work from Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo, Mich.
