There has been a lot of focus in the past 12 months on what the Affordable Care Act means for organizations and how they can comply with the new regulations….now that the dust has settled, it is time to focus on what organizations are doing with their medical benefits programs. Innovation, change, and implementing new strategies are what leading organizations are focused on today. What approaches are they taking? Why are the implementing a specific strategy? How are employees reacting?

In this session we'll discuss the major environmental changes occurring in the health care system and within the nation's largest health plans. We will have several CHROs share their stories about strategic changes they are making to their medical benefits. They'll address the specifics of their changes and explain why and how they've made these changes.

The roundtable forum will again be interactive as the audience weighs in with the speakers on their own perspectives and ideas around the changes in health care.

  • Christy Harris, Vice President, Compensation and Benefits, Allstate Insurance Company
  • Bill Luehrs, Chief Human Resources Officer, NorthShore University Health System
  • Additional panelist to be confirmed
  • Moderator: Mitch Santiago, Senior Vice President, Aon Hewitt
