Human Resource Planning & Development Interest Group, serving Talent Development & Organizational Effectiveness

The survey results are in, now what?  Conducting an employee engagement survey and identifying recommended next steps from the survey outcomes is the easy part, but obtaining true buy-in and ownership from business leaders is where the HR magic really takes place.  You know you have succeeded when business leaders see the significance of employee engagement survey data in the same light that they look at other key company performance data in how it impacts the overall business strategy.  You know have succeeded when outcomes from the survey impact the ongoing, day-to-day behaviors and activities of the company’s leaders.  So if we know what success should look like, then what is the issue… why are we not achieving these success points?  This is the true challenge, so this session will focus on providing insights on how HR leaders can build a road map and strategy for their companies that helps ensure they accomplish these successes.  At this event, you will join a panelist team that have extensive experience and expertise in making this happen.
