John Philbin, Managing Partner, Strategic Talent Solutions

His decision to start a firm in 2004 developed out of his work with CEO's and leadership teams while at a previous firm. In the ten years since forming the firm, STS has grown to serve some of the world's most highly respected companies and partnered with them to drive business results.   John continues to advise CEO's and develop future business leaders. He and his team work regularly with boards to develop CEO succession plans, help management develop the right structures and process, and provide developmental services at both the executive and operational level.
