Geographically dispersed, cross-cultural teams are quickly becoming the norm in many multi-national organizations. This session, designed specifically for Human Resources professionals provides a framework on global diversity and inclusion, in particular around team interactions and cross-cultural influences. In this highly interactive session, individuals will explore cultural differences, how the diversity that those differences can be leveraged, common obstacles faced by multi-national companies, and tools to overcome them. A focus on how to manage virtual teams, its challenges and how to keep them engaged from abroad will also be covered. This four hour session will provide HR professionals with tools to become a more effective HR global business partner and how to work with, and help develop, cross cultural and global teams.
