Not everyone is cut out for the opportunities to work in your company, yet we have trouble defining and deciding who should move into higher roles and who is best suited for leadership positions. This session will explore assessing and developing talent who will have a higher probability of success with less effort and adaptation by using science and logic to get there. Organizations are leveraging the use of selection tests and methods to promote job fit, and internal assessment techniques can help leaders to understand skills and necessary training.

Assessments can help to effectively manage organizational talent and placements to attain enhanced performance and plan for future organizational needs, and most importantly, talent assessments lead to higher success rates and performance in roles. Some impactful case studies will be explored in this session, along with actionable steps that CHROs can take to benchmark and deliver top talent to meet business needs.
