Although rapid company growth is good for business, it creates challenges for HR.  In this session, a panel of HR professionals,  who have survived and thrived in high-growth environments will discuss how they did it, including:

High-volume recruiting without sacrificing quality
Employee training
Retention in the face of rapid change
Differing challenges of organic growth vs. growth by mergers & acquisitions
Keeping HR and HRIS infrastructure robust enough to support the growing organization

Accelerated company expansion is always good – however, it’s critical that your organization’s methods and tools align with the pace of growth that supports effective and clear channels of communication. If managed properly, your company’s culture, vision and work will ultimately grow stronger.  Come hear from our panel of experts on how they managed this process.
