Warrior Mind: Kick Butt in the Boardroom, Classroom, Living Room and on the Street using Mental Self Defense.

This interactive presentation is about replacing verbal abuse of ourselves and others with a positive, powerful mindset.  

Examples will be given of some very damaging habits and some tools to change them.

With over 25 years in fitness and martial arts training, Debbie works with groups to create the power, energy and confidence to kick every situation’s butt with your mind. Her company, Team Fireball, delivers fitness focused team building programs, fitness coaching and other mental and physical training activities designed to facilitate  employee engagement, stress reduction and increased productivity.

Debbie's company creates fitness focused team building programs using the fundamentals of Self Defense and other physical training activities that improve team productivity, engagement and over-all wellness.
