HRMAC CHRO Roundtables are forums exclusively for senior HR executives (and Senior HR executives in transition) to gather and discuss hot topics and critical issues. Held 5 times annually, the Roundtables are designed as an opportunity for CHRO-level executives from HRMAC member companies to enjoy highly interactive forums on a strategic topic of interest.

Please Note: Attendance at this session is limited to CHROs and CHROs in transition. Capacity is 35 attendees. Advance registration is required; walk-ins cannot be accommodated.

Favorable opinions of career growth opportunities, effective working relationships, and open communication with leaders show the strongest correlations to perceptions of organizational commitment to Inclusion & Diversity. All pieces taken together reveals a pathway from community building and career development to inclusion, which subsequently enhances perceptions of authentic leadership, driving sustainable engagement in turn. In practice, leaders can drive employee engagement by building inclusive workplaces hallmarked by equal opportunity, open dialogue, and cohesive working relationships.   

During this session, the speakers will discuss:  

·         Why inclusive, authentic leadership is the link to engagement 

·         The benefits of taking the whole-system approach to Inclusion and Diversity  

·         Examples of embedding inclusion and diversity within the talent management life cycle.
