75% of Talent Acquisition leaders say employer brand has a significant impact on their ability to hire great talent, while 69% of job seekers say they are more likely to buy from a company who treated them with respect during the application process. It is obvious that a strong employer brand and a clear employee value proposition are important when engaging top talent, but how do we make it a reality?  

During this Roundtable, HR executives will come to an understanding of how to build, activate, measure and future-proof their branding efforts to increase quality of hire and ignite employee performance. This session will be structured into three key sections. Each section will start with external research and data to set the scene and validate the importance, followed by facilitated discussion to connect and share best practices between peers. 

·         Discussion #1 - Building the Business Case: In today’s hiring environment, it is more important than ever to be clear as to who you are as an employer and why great talent should work for you. It is the key to differentiation and staying ahead of competitors in times of change and opportunity.

·         Discussion #2 - Powerful Activation: It is not about sourcing talent anymore, it is about convincing the right ones to join and inspiring them to stay and do great things. One of the most influential ways to do this is through the use of employee advocacy.

·         Discussion #3 - Measuring Value: Your Employer Brand and EVP are truly living things that will continue to grow and develop. It is important to create a set of metrics that will allow you to measure success while driving any necessary improvements.
