From the Corner Office to the Oval Office: Behaviors Matter

Outcomes are directly impacted not just by what leaders do, but “how” they do it.  A leader’s conduct, style, and demeanor can have positive impact or awful consequences on employee engagement and client satisfaction. From early identification to development and succession, how can organizations identify and develop successful leaders that engage and grow employees and build strong organizations?

- How do we “define” leadership behaviors?
- How do we “assess” leadership behaviors?
- How do we modify leader behaviors?

Join us for a lively conversation of research, case studies, and personal experiences. Learn how the cultures of entire organizations have been driven to success or failure by behavioral leadership and take back best practices to your office.
