CHRO Roundtables
Share |

HRMAC CHRO Roundtables are forums exclusively for senior HR executives (and senior HR executives in transition) to gather and discuss hot topics and critical issues. These informative, educational sessions provide participants with a local peer network to share leading-edge information and benchmark against best practices in a neutral setting. Held 5 times annually, the Roundtables are designed as an opportunity for CHRO-level executives from HRMAC member companies to enjoy highly interactive forums on a strategic topic of interest.

Each program begins with topical material presented by a content expert(s) from sponsor organizations and includes opportunities for open discussion and dialogue among attendees.

CHRO Roundtable proposals for 2018-2019 are now being considered! Learn more and submit your proposal by Friday, August 24 for consideration.

2018-2019 Detailed Schedule of CHRO Roundtables

September 25, 2018: Integrated Wellbeing Strategies
Location: Willis Towers Watson, 233 S. Wacker Drive, Chicago, IL 60606
Networking: 8:00 AM - 8:30 AM, Program: 8:30 AM - 10:00 AM

As employers evaluate their approach toward addressing all aspects of the health and well-being of their workforce, CHROs have the opportunity to design an integrated strategy that addresses physical, emotional, financial and social well-being to drive an exceptional employee experience. It is no surprise that disengaged employees are more likely to experience stress, anxiety, reduced productivity and higher rates of chronic disease, and they are considered to be financially less stable than their engaged and healthy colleagues. Employers are now taking a broader approach toward addressing all aspects of health and well-being, by not only addressing physical, emotional, financial and social well-being, but also by integrating these elements in order to drive an exceptional employee experience. While integrated well-being concepts aren't new, solutions utilizing human-centered design principles that focus on engagement and employee experience are rapidly becoming the new standard. Join us for an interactive session where we'll discuss topics and trends that focus on the multifaceted journey to a healthy, engaged workforce. Hear strategies for enhancing your integrated well-being program and priorities for improving the overall employee experience.

The session will also cover:

  • Why yesterday’s wellness programs don’t meet today’s needs
  • Topics and trends that focus on physical, emotional and financial well-being
  • Leveraging integrated well-being components to set clear direction and strategy focus
  • Design for effectiveness and optimal engagement utilizing human-centered design thinking
